PTFA
Palm Bay PTFA is a registered charity supported and run by parents, teachers and friends of the children of Palm Bay Primary School, and we are always looking for new members and supporters.
The primary function of the PTFA is fundraising, and with finite government funding available to the school, the PTFA’s role is vital in raising funds for events, services and resources that cannot be afforded within the school budget, but which really enhance the experience of every child. Annually, income generated by the PTFA funds the school minibus and subsidises school trips and events for all year groups including the leaver’s events for year six. The PTFA also works towards supporting other projects, throughout the academic year.
The PFTA organises and co-ordinates fundraising efforts and to do this we rely on our members and the generosity of donors, collaborators and volunteers with direct links to the school and from within the local community. Even the smallest amount of time volunteering can make a big difference to the students of Palm Bay Primary School.
The PFTA warmly welcomes, and actively encourages, enquiries from parents and friends of the children of Palm Bay Primary School as well as those in the local community, who are interested in becoming members or giving their support in other ways. Anyone interested in volunteering their time, sharing fundraising ideas, making donations or collaborating with the PFTA is encouraged to make contact.

Here at the PTFA we are always looking for ways to raise money for the school and donations are always welcome. All money raised goes towards funding the school minibus, surf school, water fountains, Year 6 Leavers Disco, annual school excursions for all children, in school theatre events, and contributions towards wellbeing workshops. Any contribution is greatly appreciated.
